These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of MoneyFlow™, a digital personal finance planning product provided by SRILANKANMADE™.

By purchasing or using MoneyFlow™, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MoneyFlow™

MoneyFlow™ is a digital personal finance organization and tracking template designed for use with Google Sheets.

The product may include tools for organizing and tracking:

  • Income
  • Expenses
  • Budgets
  • Bills and due dates
  • Savings
  • Debt
  • Financial goals
  • Accounts and payment methods

MoneyFlow™ is provided as a planning and organizational tool.

2. Digital Product

MoneyFlow™ is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

You need:

  • A Google account
  • Access to Google Sheets
  • An internet connection where required to access Google services

Google Sheets is a service provided by Google. MoneyFlow™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

3. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MoneyFlow™ for your own personal or internal use.

You may:

  • Make a personal copy of the template.
  • Customize the template for your own use.
  • Enter and manage your own financial information.

You may not:

  • Resell MoneyFlow™.
  • Redistribute or share the original template publicly.
  • Upload the template to another marketplace or file-sharing service.
  • Give copies to other people for their personal use.
  • Claim the MoneyFlow™ template or its underlying design as your own product.
  • Repackage, reproduce, or commercially redistribute the product without written permission from SRILANKANMADE™.

4. Intellectual Property

MoneyFlow™, its name, branding, design, structure, written content, graphics, and original template components are the property of SRILANKANMADE™, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing MoneyFlow™ does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

5. Financial Disclaimer

MoneyFlow™ is not financial advice.

It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice.

Any calculations, summaries, budgets, projections, or information generated or displayed through the template are intended for organizational and informational purposes only.

You are responsible for reviewing your financial information and making your own financial decisions. For professional financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal matters, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Accuracy and Calculations

Although reasonable care is taken in designing and maintaining MoneyFlow™, SRILANKANMADE™ does not guarantee that every calculation, formula, currency conversion, or displayed result will always be accurate or error-free.

You are responsible for checking important financial information before relying on it.

7. User Data

MoneyFlow™ is designed as a Google Sheets-based product. Your financial information is entered and stored within your Google account and Google Sheets environment.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your Google account and controlling access to your spreadsheet.

SRILANKANMADE™ does not request your bank account credentials, passwords, or other private financial login information as part of the normal use of MoneyFlow™.

8. Updates and Changes

SRILANKANMADE™ may occasionally update MoneyFlow™ to improve functionality, correct errors, or make design and compatibility improvements.

Features may change over time.

9. Availability

We aim to keep MoneyFlow™ accessible and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including Google Sheets availability, internet connectivity, third-party services, payment providers, or technical issues.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because MoneyFlow™ is a digital product, refunds may be limited once the product has been delivered or accessed. Eligible refund requests will be reviewed according to the applicable refund policy and consumer protection laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SRILANKANMADE™ shall not be responsible for losses resulting from your use of MoneyFlow™, including losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by you, incorrect use of the template, spreadsheet errors, or reliance on the product as professional financial advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

MoneyFlow™ may rely on third-party services such as Google Sheets and payment providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
