Thank you for purchasing MoneyFlow™ by SRILANKANMADE™.

MoneyFlow™ is a digital product delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Products

All purchases of MoneyFlow™ are for a digital Google Sheets product. No physical product will be shipped.

Refunds

Because access to a digital product may be provided immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or delivered.

However, we will review refund requests in cases such as:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You purchased the same product multiple times accidentally.
  • You experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • The product delivered to you is materially different from the product described on the product page.

Technical Issues

If you experience a problem accessing or using MoneyFlow™, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue before considering a refund.

  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots, if applicable

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

SRILANKANMADE™ reserves the right to review refund requests individually and update this policy when necessary.
